Our Founder and President: Dr. Agnes Ip, Ph.D., LMFT

Ph.D. in clinical psychology and California licensed marriage and family therapist, an experienced mental health consultant. Agnes has more than twenty years of experience using assessments as a mental health therapist for the community and the abused. She is also a well received speaker and trainer at seminars and conferences relating to parenting, personal growth, professional psychology and counseling. Her passion is to nurture the next generation of servant leaders to serve in their families, faith, and culture.

Our Program Manager: Vanessa Lai

A management accounting professional who has over fifteen years of experience in multinational corporations and a conglomerate. Trained and served as a lay Christian counselor/coach for her peers and in church’s small group. Vanessa has a passion to live life to the fullest and to encourage others to do the same. As a pastor’s wife, she supports her husband who ministers to American-born Chinese at their local church.

The assessment tools we sourced are well established and have been tested for their reliability and validity. Other tools obtained from our online research have been used and tried numerous times and are believed to be fairly accurate in achieving their intended purposes.
