We are committed to prepare youth and young adults for the workplace so they may become godly servants and ethical workers. To achieve this goal, we offer a wide range of workshops, life-stage appropriate consultations, and resources for personal growth and development.

Workshop Topics

  • Managing Emotions – explores how emotions, thoughts, and behavior correlate with one another and provides you with tools to manage emotions
  • Managing Relationships – learn how to form more meaningful connections with others and build lasting friendships through expressing love and care
  • Managing Stress – learn the causes of stress and its impact on the brain as well as ways to deal with stress, so that it can be a constructive force in your life
  • Managing Money – learn to establish good financial habits and money management skills. upon acquiring wise financial planning skills, one can alleviate the stress that comes from financial hardship & can make a big step towards success in school and in the future.
  • Children’s Learning Styles – Introduce the 8 multiple intelligences and different learning styles to help parents understand their child’s gifts and unique strength, and recognize the ways their child learns best.   • Parenting – We offer many down-to-earth parenting worship/seminars to help the parents of Asian American families understand the cultural differences in raising their American-born/Americanized children. Please check our workship & courses menu.
  • Online Course: Healthy Dialogue – This unique course helps parents, youth, and youth workers to understand their responsibilities and roles. In addition, it provides two-way boundaries and communication guidelines between either youth workers and parents or youth and parents.

Resume Preparation Workshop

Audience

There are two tracks:

2. Adults seeking for jobs.

In an informal, small group or one-on-one settings.

Our Trainer

Our trainer, who is well experienced in the hiring process in the corporate businesses, will walk through the steps of preparing professional grade resumes and provide useful tips. Participants will get to draft out their own resume on the spot!

We highly encourage high school students to get their resume started and be prepared for internship opportunities and college application.

Be encouraged by our trainer’s personal story on the job search, and hence, be mentally, ethically and practically prepared for the workforce.
